My job title is wedding photographer, so hopefully that makes it obvious that I LOVE weddings! I love capturing the moments that will stand the test of time for my couples. Weddings are an opportunity for connection and a chance for celebration. But the emotions and the joy of weddings and being a part of this beautiful milestone are enough to always keep me going back for more.

I love that every wedding is different, and an opportunity for me to document a couple’s story in my own unique style.

Photographers are artists, and our creative outlet of choice is photography. Photography allows us to express ourselves and our work while bringing out the beauty and magic we are able to capture. 

Another aspect of wedding photography I love is capturing my couples within the scenery of their choice. Since every couple I work with is uniquely different, I get to experience a huge range of wedding decorations, looks, styles, venues, and vibes.  The possibilities are endless, and I love seeing it all come to life. As a wedding photographer, I get to capture these small pieces and share them with many to come.

The candid moments throughout the day are a joy to document and help tell the story of this special day. What’s a wedding without family and friends there to celebrate, right? It’s so important to make sure these guests are documented in your day! Getting to mingle with your guests and document their emotions as they celebrate you is so much fun!

Wedding photography is a people profession, and you get to meet some pretty incredible ones. There are, of course, your clients, who often can become more friends than clients. Between the Engagement session and the emailing back and forth you establish really solid relationships with them, which makes it way more enjoyable to do your job. Following along as my couples embark on the next chapters of their life brings me so much joy.

I want every couple that hires me, to know I am there to create a beautiful set of images that they can always look back on and feel those emotions, remember the wonderful moments, and to feel joy.
