Lauren’s bridal session at Dos Palomas Ranch was timeless, romantic, and effortlessly elegant. As a San Antonio bridal photographer, I love bridal sessions that feel intentional and elevated, and Lauren’s session was the perfect blend of classic bridal beauty and Texas charm.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Dos Palomas Ranch, this bridal session highlighted soft light, natural textures, and refined details — everything a bride dreams of when envisioning her bridal portraits.

Lauren’s bridal look was completed by Veil Artistry, who created a soft, polished hair and makeup look that photographed beautifully. Bridal sessions are the perfect opportunity for brides to see their full wedding-day look come together, and Lauren’s hair and makeup complemented her gown flawlessly.
Working with trusted vendors like Veil Artistry ensures bridal portraits that feel confident, refined, and timeless — exactly what every bride deserves for her bridal session.

Florals for Lauren’s bridal session were designed by The Petal Artist, adding an elegant and romantic touch to her portraits. The floral design elevated the overall look of the session and brought softness and movement into the images. Whites and soft greenery beautiful brought this look together.
Including florals in a bridal session is one of the best ways to enhance the final gallery, and The Petal Artist delivered stunning blooms that photographed beautifully at Dos Palomas Ranch.

Midway through Lauren’s session, rain surprised us, so we took shelter in the cozy greenhouse. Her bridesmaid Iliana and I took turns fanning her from the heat while waiting it out. Those quiet, sweet moments made the session even more memorable — a beautiful reminder that sometimes the best memories come from the unexpected.

(Even while hiding from the rain in the greenhouse during Lauren’s Dos Palomas Ranch bridal session, we still captured some absolutely beautiful shots. You’d never guess how hot and humid it was inside—the greenhouse felt so sweaty and sticky! But Lauren’s radiant smile and grace made every photo shine, proving that great bridal portraits happen rain or shine during a San Antonio bridal session.
A bridal session is more than just portraits — it’s a chance to slow down and truly enjoy being a bride. Unlike the wedding day, bridal sessions allow time for intentional posing, beautiful light, and relaxed moments without a timeline.
As a San Antonio bridal photographer, I always recommend bridal sessions to brides who want:
Lauren’s bridal session was the perfect example of how meaningful and beautiful these sessions can be.
